Three ways to listen!

Thanks to the server change, things are running much smoother and we also have a new way to listen to the show.

As you can see below, we have a dedicated audio player in addition to the standard mp3 for podcasting. It's easy to use, convenient and generally rocks if you are not into subscribing to us via iTunes! Try it out...

Please join us for podcast #38, won't you? Our guest is very funny and charming comedian, Earl Skakel. Laura, Earl, Matt S. and I cover a variety of topics, including streakers, curling, dumpsters, headshots, hockey, jerseys, free stuff, head sizes and oh, so much more. You'll just have to check it out because this is all I can remember at present. Click on in...

New audio server, new show, and more

Just testing video and audio clarity for my new Audioblog account. I will likely be using Eric's service for Weezy and The Swish as I can allow them (Audioblog) to take the pounding with our bandwidth challenges.

About the upcoming video podcast:

Having done puppeteering in my youth, I thought it might be fun to implement some really hardcore expensive TV studio software (just ordered it), a puppet and the latest news for the week - all available in a video podcast.

The show will be work safe, non-political and perhaps even a little bizarre (no bad Jesus jokes, I promise). My production team will accept user submitted news in addition to using our own finds. Entertainment, the strange and of course - a little bit of tech.

I will also be setting this up to become something that promotes both WatS along with my other projects.

Website is not up and I would like give a special thanks to Full Breach Kicks Records for the theme song and to the Podsafe Music Network for making it available.

Weezy and The Swish podcast 37

Weezy and The Swish podcast 37 *this episode has been found!*

Weezy writes:

Podcast #37 features no guest due to the mysterious non-appearance of comedian Pete Gray. We did, however, call Tasha Joseph from Dont Date Him Girl, dot com. The site is designed for women to "report" men who cheat and lie so as to protect other women from the pain that they have suffered. Laura and I then challenged ourselves to see just how long we could talk about nothing, having done no research and no preparation. I believe we went for 85 minutes. (I could have gone on but Laura was in full recognition of just how dull we had become.) I would say, click and enjoy but I'm just going to say click because this very well might be the worst podcast ever.

Weezy and The Swish podcast 36

Weezy and The Swish podcast 36 *this episode has been found!*

Weezy writes:
Podcast #36 is a melodious serenade of enlightened discourse. What I mean by that is it's a bunch of us talking for about 90 minutes. Our guest is comedian, Jordy Fox but I'll get back to him in a moment. The important thing to remember is that Laura brought sodas. For those of you in select areas of the country, like my hometown of Buffalo, NY. She brought pop. Thus, happily hydrated, Laura, Matt S. Jordy and I delve into the topic of love both in honor of Valentine's Day and because it is, perhaps, the world's most important topic, if you believe as I do that God is love. However, be advised, that the lusty form of earthbound love does present itself within the dialogue. We also call Siggy's brother, Tyler Sigman who designed the game, Age of Empires, The Age of Kings, for the Nintendo DS, which to me is a really long name for a video game on a small platform. Enjoy the podcast!

Hey, apparently Jesus dug that potato chip skit from a few months back. Heh, who'd thought?

Weezy and The Swish podcast 35 - Martin Sargent

Weezy and The Swish podcast 35 *this episode has been saved by Spooie!*

Weezy writes:

Weezy and The Swish hail the arrival of Martin Sargent to podcast #35. In a groundbreaking shift from tradition, Marty brought snacks... delightful Italian candies which were enjoyed by all. We then set forth to field questions from our listeners, compare TechTV to G4, explore the delicate intriciacies of interviewing a porn star and phone mutual friends, Howard Lapidus and Paul Block. Marty was cordial, funny, and forthcoming with delightful insights into his experiences on Unscrewed, his new podcast, Infected and his web dynasty, Sargeworld.com. If you have only dreamed of hearing Weezy, The Swish and The Sarge talk for an hour and a half, prepare for dream to meet reality and click on in.
